Tenants

LivedIn connects hosts and tenants for stays of 1 to 10 months. You create a profile, verify your identity, then browse listings and send a booking request directly to the host.

LivedIn is designed for students, interns, expats and professionals on the move who need a furnished home for a mid-term stay. Everyone must verify their identity before contacting a host.

Verification takes 2 minutes from your profile. You submit a valid ID document, which is automatically checked. You can then access all listings and contact hosts.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. The first month is charged when the booking is confirmed. Subsequent months are automatically charged on the agreed date.

Contact support immediately at contact@livedin.fr. We take every report seriously and take appropriate action, up to and including cancellation and refund.

Hosts

Create an account, complete your profile, then go to 'My listing' from your dashboard. Add photos, describe the property, set your price and availability. Your listing is live in minutes.

Only users who have verified their identity. This ensures your listings are only seen by real people who are serious about their search.

You remain free to accept or decline any booking request. Each profile displays the information shared by the tenant: their situation, introduction message, and verification status.

LivedIn takes a commission on each confirmed booking. Details are shown when you create your listing.

You can enable instant booking on your listing. Eligible tenants can then confirm their stay without waiting for your manual approval. You retain the right to cancel within 24 hours if needed.

General

Yes. All users are verified before they can interact. Payments go through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS certified. Your data is protected in accordance with GDPR.

LivedIn is currently available in Paris. Other cities will be available soon.
