Every day, the LivedIn team handpicks the listings that match, checks them and applies for you with your profile. We follow up with slow landlords, pass on their answers and set up viewings with you, and we review your profile at the start. These applications show in your dashboard as “Picked by LivedIn”, beside your own, and every evening an email sums up what we found and sent. Before you sign, send us the lease: we review it with you (clauses, fees, deposit). You can pause the search at any time. Plus lasts 1 month and never renews by itself.

The landlord
The landlord first sees your profile; your documents open only with your consent. That profile sums up your first name, situation, net income and how it compares with the rent, and guarantor, never the rent check.
We let you know on the first open, not counting automatic link previews or your own visits, and you see when, how many times, and whether the landlord comes back.
Yes, in one tap from your application, with no account: interested, already rented or not selected. You're notified right away, and if they're interested, they get your contact details.
Your profile
No. They stay on DossierFacile, the French government's free service, and your application page links to it when you share them.

Your dashboard shows what's missing: phone, situation, income or move-in date. It's what the landlord reads first. No document is needed to apply.

Legality & privacy
For a listing in Paris, we calculate the legal ceiling (neighbourhood, rooms, furnished or not, construction period) from official data, and show the gap in euros. Try it with our rent ceiling checker.
Yes. The landlord only sees your application, never the rent check: flagging an illegal rent could cost you the apartment.
